Bio
Jenny leads innovation efforts as the Head of Experimentation at the Accelerator Lab of the United Nations Development Programme in Kyrgyzstan. She specializes in Design Thinking and Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, EdTech Acceleration, and Public Policy Communication. Jenny has been named the "Community Champion" for the Central Asian region by the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.

As part of the UNDP Digital X Programme, Jenny supported the growth of the local EdTech startup "BALATECH" to expand to the global market. She also advocates for STEM education for all, recognizing its importance for the future of work. In the past, Jenny organized the International Kids Film Festival to foster creative learning in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

Jenny holds a Master of Science degree (MSW) from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
